 is structured, child-led activities where kids choose what they want to play, how to play, and who to play with while we get all settled in. It’s essential for cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.  

 This is our daily routine that builds community, teaches routines, and sets the tone for the day. 

We will build sound-letter relationships, develop listening and rhyming skills phonemic awareness, connect spoken sounds to print, encourage vocabulary and comprehension, and reinforce literacy learned through sensory play. Activities include Sight Word Fishing, Alphabet Playdough Mats, Literacy Listening Station, Phonics Puzzle Center, Rhyming Baskets and more.

 We will practice social skills, independence, and even reinforce early learning concepts like handwashing, self-help, counting, sorting, and manners. 

 We will be exploring, experimenting, and discovering through age-appropriate activities in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math. It encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving — all through play. Activities include Sink or Float, Nature Walks, Color Mixing, Seed Planting and more. 

 are essential for preschoolers’ development — they support physical health, coordination, confidence, and social-emotional skills. Outdoor time also gives explorers space to explore, take risks, and engage in imaginative play. Activities will include Obstacle Course, Follow the Leader, Relay Races, Parachute Games, and Animal Walks, and more. 

 is vital for self-expression, imagination, and emotional growth. They support fine motor skills, language development, cultural awareness, and a love for learning through joyful exploration. Activities include Open-Ended Painting, Collage Stations, Playdough Sculpting, Stamping/Printing, and Nature Art, and more.  

 is a powerful routine that nurtures a love of reading, strengthens listening and comprehension skills, and encourages children to connect stories to their own lives. Adding a short reflection after reading helps deepen understanding and build language and social-emotional skills. 

We head home to rest and recharge.
